There is speculation that inferior materials may have been used in the construction of that condominium which collapsed in Miami... and that investigators are beginning to look into it. Can't help but think of the plot of "Anatomy of a Bribe" from Season 8... though, of course, that involved a fire - unlike Miami. (Just an observation.)
