How many episodes end where it is unlikely that the "case" will go to trial because either there is not enough evidence gathered or there was something wrong with the way that the perpetrator was captured?
I think there are a lot more episodes of the old show like this than we might think about!
I'm sure in the reboot, however, there would be a huge number of episodes which fall under these conditions...
