I thought he was great as Jimmy Rego on Five-O, eliciting one of the best lines ever from McGarrett - “Don’t you ever call me ‘cop’, the name is McGarrett and the title is ‘mister’”. Way cool!!!!
Manu Tupou was also great as Cappy Pahoa in the same episode.
Most people remember Reni Santoni as Poppie on Seinfeld but my foremost recollection of him is Chico Gonzalez, Callahan’s first partner in Dirty Harry. The film also had other major Five-O alums like Harry Guardino, John Larch, John Vernon.
