The Subway commercial ... and time differences with reboot DVDs

In the reboot S02E14, there was this infamous Subway commercial which was delivered by Kamekona. This commercial can be seen here:

I wanted to put a link to this on my site, taken from the DVD of this show, before I found the ad on YouTube. But on the particular DVD where the episode is located, the commercial is NOT THERE!!

Not only that, the times are kind of weird around this area on the disc:

S02E13 - 41:52
S02E14 - 42.33 (If the commercial isn't there, why is the total time >longer<?)
S02E15 - 41:45
S02E16 - 43.27 (Also longer, and there is a deleted scene for this episode included.)

Here is an anal-ysis of total times for episodes in H50 reboot season 2, which is the one which had the Subway commercial in episode 14. I watched the special features on the last disc (#6) in the set, which includes a couple about "making this season," and there was no mention of this commercial anywhere.

Some of these episodes have "special feature" deleted scenes as well. I found out that in season 2 episode 10, which included the late Doug Mossman, he was only seen for 31 seconds, whereas another minute and 2 seconds of his appearance got left on the cutting room floor.

The show between 21 and 22 was a crossover with NCIS, continuing from #21.
