Need some help

I'm trying to remember what episode this particular scene first shows up in. I think it's either Season 2 or Season 3. I have it narrowed to Three Dead Cows at Makapuu, Part 2 or The Second Shot or Time And Memories (although I don't think it's part of this last one).

The Park Lane starts in a parking lot and basically screams across the street to the high-rise apartment in the background. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
