McGarrett's Office

This is probably a dumb question but can someone tell me what is on the wall behind McGarrett's desk?

Just started season 5 with the V trilogy hopefully later this evening.

I think it's a barometer and is said outright in the episode "Welcome To Our Branch Office" when the builder (I can't remember his name but he was played by John Stalker) described the office in full detail even though he hadn't been in the real one. I know that doesn't makes sense, but watch the episode and it will.
