Caught this one last night. What always keeps sticking in my mind is how three times, McGarrett is rattling off how many years in jail the respective baddie will face. "10 to 20 hard time" for David Doyle's "Hard Hat." "Five to Ten in Portsmouth!" for David Birney's Dillon and then finally "Fifty years in the Federal pen!" for the drug pushing tattoo shop owner.

Personally I think five-to-ten is MUCH too lenient for Birney's Dillon given how he basically goaded the other sailor into staying hooked which is what killed him. If McGarett knew the details of that, he'd be telling him "25 to Life!"

What I love is McGarrett’s line to Birney “You’re out of the junk business, sailor”.

    Always loved that line!!

Looking further Birney wouldn't have been able to do five-to-ten in Portsmouth because the Navy closed the prison there in 1974 (it was once known as "Alcatraz of the East").
