Broadway actor Larry Kert appeared in S5, "Thanks For The Honeymoon" (which also featured his co-star from the original Broadway cast of "West Side Story", Carol Lawrence). Here he is on Johnny Carson, November 1972 and at the four minute mark he describes his experience filming the episode and how he got a severe attack of claustrophobia.

I can't even imagine being in his spot and so confined. From what I understand, Jack Lord didn't like flying to begin with and I'm sure this didn't help!
