In that list, there were a couple of instances where specific people were asked to "bookem," because they were the only or nearest people close to McGarrett at the time. These people are identified by their names being in (parentheses). I think there are other instances like this where it was intended that someone, i.e., Danno, Chin, Kono, etc. were supposed to do the actual booking...
