It took me forever to track that sucker down! It's a stock video of a Boeing aircraft on a touch and go at Boeing Field in Seattle, WA.
Also used in Adam-12, Emergency!, and Magnum, P.I. (I'm sure there are others, it's an easy piece of film to use).
