But this site, which rates shows from best to worst and vice versa, is stupid.

Many of the shows have only a couple of votes, so their "average" or "total" or whatever can turn out to be actually much higher than shows which have a lot of votes.

As well, those shows which have no votes at all, i.e., 0 out of 0, will be the "worst" by default.

This rating system makes no sense at all!

Woe to Wo Fat being #1 is all you need to know regarding how stupid the ratings are.

The problem is that it's a generic ratings site for tons of series, and they make no effort to sort the results properly (such as removing ones with very few votes).

Looks like they're just trying to get traffic for ad clicks.
