Watched this just now for the first time in a while and spotted a plot hole that I noticed Mike's writeup doesn't address. How can Mondrago be free to go when there's the matter of who emptied the brake fluid on Dr. Ventnor's car which led to his car going out of control? This point never comes up again and unless it was done entirely on the initiative of the underling, Mondrago should be facing trouble for that. Of course what reason was there to kill the doctor when he was clearly trying to steal the psychiatric file of Mondrago's daughter for purposes of handing it over? This flaw I felt needed addressing. The episode would have worked just fine without the brake fluid element.
